  • No you can’t - no tracking is all part of the charm! Your envelope will be delivered by a postage stamp which doesn’t include tracking. You’ll get an email when that month’s subscription has been mailed out, and you can check the Shipping page for approximate travel times. Not to worry - if your subscription doesn’t make it’s way to you, we’ll replace it for free!

  • Sometimes life gets in the way - I totally understand! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just log into your customer account, and cancel your subscription. You can rejoin again at any time!

  • Yes, you can! each print delivery will come with a tracking number so you can be sure it’s making it’s way safely to you.

  • Absolutely! Head to the Commissions page and fill out the form, and you can expect to hear back within 2 business days.

  • No worries! Just head to the Contacts page and send through a request for a new one to be sent out. Include photos where you can!
